Sound Off
The Sound Off for Poverty is a youth group program that educates young people about poverty in America and empowers them to do something about it by raising awareness and funds to help people in need through Love INC. Youth take action and learn they have the power to make a difference by raising funds to assist Love INC programs addressing poverty in America, speaking out to raise community awareness, serving their neighbors in need, and deepening their understanding of God’s love and concern for the poor through in-depth Bible study.
While conducting a Media Fast (fasting from electronic entertainment for 48 hours), young people tune out life’s distractions, tune in to God’s heart for the poor, and take action in their communities.
All program materials, including youth group activities, curriculum, and community service project ideas, are provided free of charge.
